If you are paying the deposit by E-Transfer, please send it to ottawapetfood@gmail.com. Please note as to which cat it is for and the start date you booked; use Pets00 for a password.

Alternatively, you may come into the store and pay as well.

Payment is due, in full, at the time of check-in. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard. If you wish to pick your cat up early, you will still be held responsible for the full price of your booking.
